CLIENT: Smoketown Family Wellness Center

PROJECT: Branding & Awareness Campaign

AUDIENCE: Families with young children/infants that reside in the Smoketown neighborhood of Louisville, Ky.

CHALLENGES: Smoketown Family Wellness Center (SFWC) is a non-profit pediatric care facility that also provides family coaching, a food bank, social services and activities for the entire family. Prior to this branding campaign, SFWC faced many challenges. The word “wellness” in their brand created some confusion and barriers with the targeted population. The audience didn’t understand what SFWC was, nor did they understand the services that were provided. Plus, the audience didn’t have access or a habit of going to the doctor and participating in programs that promote healthy lifestyles. To make matters even more complicated, the residents of Smoketown did not trust Smoketown Wellness Center.

SOLUTION: Vimarc created a marketing campaign with objectives to enhance the brand, increase awareness, educate the audience about the services SFWC offers, and increase patient volume. Vimarc developed a creative campaign that began to build a brand which fostered consumer trust, demonstrated support, and showed SFWC’s ability to provide quality, well-rounded care.
